1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TopOffers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TopOffers. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. One account per person is permitted.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account, use bots or automation, or attempt to manipulate the rewards system. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
4. Earning and Cashouts
Earnings are credited when offer networks confirm completion. TopOffers is not responsible for delays or non-payment caused by third-party networks. Minimum cashout thresholds and methods are subject to change. Fraudulent earnings will be reversed.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: use VPNs or proxies to manipulate offers, create multiple accounts, use fake information, reverse-engineer the platform, or engage in any activity intended to defraud TopOffers or its partners.
6. Termination
TopOffers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including for violations of these terms. Balances associated with terminated accounts for fraud or abuse are forfeited.
7. Disclaimer
TopOffers is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific earnings. Offer availability depends on third-party networks.
8. Limitation of Liability
TopOffers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of TopOffers after changes constitutes acceptance.
